3D file and scale used
We used a 3D file of the Nautilus shell and scaled it . Here comes the question of size of the shell . It was interesting to find that a natural nautilus shell has a golden ratio inbuilt . so i used the Fibonacci numbers to calculate an apt scale . The scaled 3D file has been attached.

Fabrication of the shell
When it came to fabrication of shell 2 methods came into our mind. One method is by taking a 3d printout of the shell and another method is by making a 3d model from paper introduced to me by my teammate Nadir Najumal Hussain( http://www.quora.com/Iron-Man-Marvel-Comics-character/Has-anyone-ever-built-a-suit-comparable-to-Iron-Mans ) .
